Michael is a results-oriented project leader with extensive experience in development, construction, and facilities management throughout British Columbia. Before joining Westbourne, he held key development and construction management roles on the UBC Point Grey and UBC Okanagan campuses, guiding major institutional projects from early planning through to completion and coordinating closely with diverse stakeholder groups. His earlier work with general and mechanical, electrical, and industrial contractors provided a strong technical foundation across institutional, industrial, and healthcare sectors. Michael is known for building positive team environments, maintaining fairness in negotiations, and ensuring strong fiscal stewardship on every assignment. Outside of work, Michael enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring the natural landscapes of British Columbia.

Giulietta brings deep expertise in architectural design and construction, with a focus on sustainable, self-sufficient, and Passive House principles. She is a strong advocate for responsible, future-focused building practices and approaches each project with creativity, technical rigor, and thoughtful leadership. Born and raised in Italy, she first came to Vancouver to complete her architectural thesis at the University of British Columbia. After successfully operating her architectural practice in Europe, she returned to British Columbia to lead the design and construction of a major resort development. Her ability to balance complex project demands, international collaboration, and family life has shaped her into a highly organized and empathetic leader. Friends describe her as an explorer, a spirit reflected in her love of skiing, ocean swimming, cultural learning, and the food and wine of her Dolce Vita roots. Hallein is a CPA with extensive experience in financial management, regulatory compliance, and public company reporting. Her career includes senior finance roles in the mining sector, where she supported companies through initial public offerings, managed complex international reporting requirements, and provided leadership across a diverse range of projects. Earlier in her career, she worked at the BC Securities Commission as a Senior Securities Analyst, developing deep knowledge of securities legislation and honing her ability to communicate complex regulatory concepts with clarity. At Westbourne, Hallein applies her analytical skills and disciplined approach to budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight. She is valued for her accuracy, transparency, and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders while supporting data-driven decision making. Outside of work, Hallein is an avid yoga practitioner, a devoted dog owner, and an enthusiastic traveler who enjoys recreating her favorite dishes from abroad.

Ben brings experience as an Owner’s Representative from both development and construction perspectives, contributing to a wide range of residential and commercial projects across Metro Vancouver. Originally from New York and raised in Vancouver, he studied Applied Science at the University of British Columbia, where he discovered a strong interest in real estate, sustainable urban development, and the creation of built environments that respond to evolving community needs. He has contributed to projects ranging from small residential developments to major high-rise towers, gaining insight into the planning, coordination, and execution required to deliver complex buildings successfully. Ben is known for his hands-on approach, clear communication, and commitment to balancing value for owners with practical outcomes for end users. Outside of work, Ben enjoys staying active, practicing dance, and exploring new food experiences with family and friends.

Michaela brings experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, and community-focused development across both the construction and non-profit sectors. Born and raised in Vancouver, she studied at the UBC Sauder School of Business, where she developed a strong foundation in marketing, organizational behaviour, and team dynamics. Her interest in construction project management grew from a passion for community-serving projects and from her ability to bring clarity and structure to complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Before joining Westbourne, Michaela worked as a Project Manager with the Vancouver Chinatown Foundation, contributing to the delivery of Bob and Michael’s Place, a social housing development that combined capital project oversight, communications strategy, and community engagement. At Westbourne, she supports institutional and education projects and is valued for her calm, detail-oriented approach and her commitment to accountability and end-user experience. Outside of work, Michaela enjoys pilates and discovering new matcha spots around the city.

Selena brings an engineering background and a strong interest in project coordination, contributing clarity, structure, and efficiency to the projects she supports at Westbourne. After earning her degree at the University of British Columbia, she began her career as an engineer before discovering a passion for guiding projects through planning, coordination, and execution. Her technical foundation helps her understand project requirements, while her organizational mindset ensures teams stay aligned and proactive. At Westbourne, Selena supports a variety of institutional and community-focused projects, including work with the Jewish Community Centre, Little Flower Academy, and Our Lady of Lourdes. Her responsibilities include scheduling, documentation management, and stakeholder communication, and she is valued for her detail-oriented approach and early issue identification. Outside of work, Selena enjoys fitness, cooking, and long walks, often while exploring cafés and experimenting with recipes inspired by different cuisines.
