Project Description

Great West Life Realty Advisors acquired 1525 Robson Street in January of 2023 with the intent to convert the 16,388 sq ft site into a first-class multifamily rental building. With the acquisition of neighbouring site (1555 Robson) in April of 2024, this redevelopment is projected to provide approximately 400 upscale residential units and 2 storeys of commercial retail for the Lower Robson corridor in alignment with the City of Vancouver’s 2014 West End Community Plan.

Currently approaching the design development stage, this project has retained Westbourne Projects to execute on all elements of this mixed-use rental building, in similar fashion to the company’s role on The Chronicle (1500 Robson).
