Project Description

Our Lady of Lourdes Parish, located at 830 Laval Square, involves the renovation and reconfiguration of the existing lower-level hall to support a wider range of community programming and events. Working within the constraints of an occupied place of worship, the scope isfocused on modernizing the hall while preserving the integrity of the existing structure and heritage character.

Upgrades include the introduction of a new gathering space complete with kitchen, reception, bar, and lounge areas, as well as improved circulation and acoustic treatments to better accommodate assemblies of up to 200 occupants on the lower level. New interior partitions, finishes, and millwork will beintegrated alongside targeted life safety and accessibility improvements, while existing washrooms, mechanical systems, and primary structural elements are to be maintained where feasible to minimize disruption.

The completed renovation will deliver a flexible, multi-use space designed to support social, educational, and parish-related activities for the broader community.
