Our Lady of Mercy

Our Lady of Mercy (OLM) Catholic School in Burnaby is undertaking a campus renewal project to support the long-term needs of its students, staff, and parish community. The project is exploring the redevelopment of the existing school facilities through a new-build approach that will enhance learning spaces, improve campus functionality, and provide a more flexible environment for future generations. The proposed project includes a new school facility, a gymnasium and parish gathering space, and supporting site improvements designed to create a safe, modern, and adaptable educational environment.

Westbourne Projects serves as the owner's representative for Our Lady of Mercy Parish and the Archdiocese of Vancouver, providing project leadership through planning, business case development, design coordination, budgeting, and approvals. Working closely with the school community, consultant team, and pre-construction partners, Westbourne is guiding the project through strategic planning, funding approval, and delivery planning to help establish a clear path toward the renewal of the OLM campus.
