St. John Paul II Academy

St. John Paul II Academy opened in Fall 2025 to serve students in grades 8 through 12 as part of a new Catholic high school campus in South Surrey. Phase one of this new high school included classrooms, science labs, and athletic facilities, such as a full-size gymnasium and a dedicated weight training room.

Located in a newly developing area, the project required extensive offsite and site servicing work to support future growth in the neighbourhood. Westbourne served as the owner’s representative from early planning through to occupancy, managing permitting, site coordination, and overall project delivery. Working closely with the Archdiocese of Vancouver and the consultant team, we helped deliver a flexible, future-ready campus aligned with the school’s long-term vision.
