Project Description

The Beverley is a new 19-storey mixed use residential tower with market rental housing built at 508 Agnes Street, New Westminster. This previously was the site of the first Masonic Lodge in British Columbia and was built in 1912 in the Classic Revival style. The new tower retains and rehabilitates the front facade and incorporates it into the new building as part of the new Masonic Lodge.

Completed in 2019, the development has a total of 150 units. Sizes range from 340 to 1070 square feet.
